If you are unsatisfied with a saree or dhoti , We will return your money minus shipping fee. We want everyone to be happy with their purchases and would like to work with you to get the sarees of your dreams!
Please keep in mind that We can't guarantee that the saree is the exact color as it appears on your monitor. We go to great pains to color correct the many hundreds of photos on the website, but individual monitors vary so much in terms of color balance, lightness and darkness that it is difficult to always portray the color accurately. But if you just really don't like it, you have one week to return it to us. We cannot accept returns after this time period.
The saree cannot have been worn or washed and must be returned in it's original folds so that We can resell it as new in order for us to give you a full refund on your card. Please let us know that you are returning something before you send it back. Shipping fee is not refundable.
But the good news is that in the years that We Have been in business We've done only a handful of returns! That means that you are happy with your sarees and that makes us happy!
